Meet Monika Maitra, Your Guide to Clarity

My name, Monika, means wise advisor - a role I’ve always felt called to follow. As a child, my parents had my astrology read in India, which pointed to my life purpose: to guide and empower others. At 21, I took a transformational self-development course in London and discovered that coaching was my calling. Coaching is not just a profession- it’s who I am.

Professionally, I bring two decades of leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies- including American Express, Marriott, and Capital One-  where I designed executive coaching and leadership development programs. I’ve also lived and worked across continents and cultures: studying international development in London, spending a year in India with a grassroots development fellowship, and consulting pro-bono for organizations like UNICEF.

I’ve dedicated more than 20 years to personal growth work, which grounds how I show up as a coach today: balancing compassion with the courage to challenge and stretch you.
